The Canva Business Club — Round one

Knowing Canva isn't the problem. Getting paid for it is.

An eight-week club for Canva solopreneurs who want to stop making content and start running a business on it — and walk out the other side with their first paying customer.

Checkout is not connected. No payment or enrollment is submitted.

Starts Monday 19 October. Early bird is $297 until Monday 12 October, or until the 20 spots are gone. Then it goes up to $497.

Where this stops for most people

The Canva Ceiling.

The point where knowing the tool stops translating into revenue.

“Most people use Canva to make content. The ones making money use it to run a business. Same tool. Completely different game.”

You can already build anything in Canva. That stopped being the hard part a long time ago, and AI has made it faster still. The ceiling isn't skill — it's that nothing you make is attached to an offer anyone can buy.

So the work keeps looking better and the income stays flat. More templates in the folder. More posts that get saved and never bought. Client work still priced by the design, still tied to the hour.

Almost everything taught in this space is design instruction. Almost none of it is business instruction. The Canva Business Club is the second one — eight weeks of building an offer, pricing it, putting it in front of people, and getting paid.

What actually blocks you

Building was never the hard part.

When the same thing stalls everyone, it's worth naming out loud. These four come up over and over.

“I can design anything. I just don't know what to sell.”
“I keep publishing templates and nobody buys them.”
“I charge per design, so every dollar is tied to an hour.”
“I don't want to be another Canva tips account.”

Every week of the Club is built to get you past one of these, with other operators working through the same week at the same time.

Eight weeks from now

Where you are now, and where you'll be.

One offer — tested, priced, live and paid for. That's the whole scope.

Right now
  • A folder of templates nobody has paid for
  • Client work priced per design, charged by the hour
  • A Canva account used like a design app, not a business
  • No idea which of your ideas anyone would actually buy
After eight weeks
  • One offer you tested with real people before building it
  • Something live, with a way to pay for it
  • Your first paying customer
  • Your launch shared with the newsletter
  • A system you can run again for the next offer
The program

Eight weeks. Something shipped every week.

We start together on Monday 19 October, and everyone moves through the same week at the same time. You post your progress in the group, and I notice when someone goes quiet.

Week 1
Commit
Pick the lane you're building in and post it publicly, with a date on it.
Week 2
Validate
Get five real signals that someone will pay, before you build anything.
Week 3
Build the offer
Start the smallest thing you could sell, built entirely inside Canva.
Week 4
Finish it
Get that smallest version to the point where someone can actually buy it.
Week 5
Price and package
Work out what to charge, and how to package it so it reads as worth buying.
Week 6
The sales page
Write and build the page that sells it — in Canva, published and live.
Week 7
Soft launch
Put it in front of a small group first, and fix what breaks before it's public.
Week 8
Launch
You go live and get your first paying customer. I share your launch with the newsletter.
What actually changes

A Canva user makes content. A Canva Operator runs a business.

That's the whole shift, and it's the only thing these eight weeks are built to produce. Not more templates. Not a bigger following. One offer — tested, priced, live, and paid for.

Included

What you get.

Everything is built to be done in the hours you actually have.

The eight-week program
Fully async and paced for people with a job or client work. Plan on 2 to 5 hours a week.
A private group
Post your progress, get feedback from other operators building at the same time, and ask me questions directly.
The Operator template library
The master templates, locked brand systems, proposal and onboarding kits I run my own business on — yours from week one.
Weekly build reviews
I read every progress post. If you go quiet, you'll hear from me.
Your launch, shared
When you launch in week eight, I put it in front of The Canva Solopreneur newsletter.
A say in how it runs
Round one members shape the program. What works here is what the next round is built on.
Fit

Is this for you?

Twenty spots, so it's worth being honest about this before you join.

It's a good fit if
  • You already know Canva well and want it to earn, not just look good
  • You have a job, clients or freelance work, and want income that isn't priced per hour
  • You've got a few half-ideas, or none yet, and want a clear way to pick one
  • You can give it a few hours a week for eight weeks
  • You're willing to put something out there before it feels ready
It's probably not for you if
  • You're looking for Canva tutorials or design tips — this is business education, not tool instruction
  • You need this to replace your income next month
  • You'd rather watch lessons than make and ship something
  • You want live classes, since this one is fully async
  • You're brand new to Canva and still learning the basics
Who runs it

Hey, I'm Sachin.

I write The Canva Solopreneur — the newsletter, the mini-books and the Outcome Kits. All of it comes from one argument: Canva isn't a design app with some business uses. It's a business platform that almost everyone only ever uses as a design app.

I run my own operation inside it. Proposals, onboarding, client delivery, brand systems, the products themselves. One tool, fully understood, instead of six tools half-used.

The Canva Business Club is me walking you through that, one week at a time, until there's a customer on the other end of it.

After Monday 12 October, or once the 20 spots are gone.

Same program, same group, same launch share. The only thing early bird buys you is the lower price and a say in how round one runs.

Questions

Before you join.

If it isn't here, ask me and I'll answer it straight.

What happens after I join?

You'll see a confirmation as soon as you've paid, and I'll email you everything you need before we start together on Monday 19 October. Nothing is required from you until week one opens.

When does it start?

Monday 19 October, and everyone starts together. It runs for eight weeks, through to mid-December.

How much time will it take?

It's built around 2 to 5 hours a week, and it's fully async — so you fit it around a job or client work, rather than the other way round.

What if I don't have an idea yet?

That's most people. The first two weeks are entirely about finding something people will actually pay for, before you build anything. Turning up with no idea is a completely normal starting point.

Do I need to be good at Canva already?

You need to be past the tutorial phase. If you can build a multi-page document, use brand kits and work with master templates, you're ready.

The Club doesn't teach you Canva. It teaches you to run a business inside it.

Isn't Canva just a design tool?

That belief is the Canva Ceiling. Proposals, onboarding, client delivery, products, sales pages and your entire brand system can all live in one tool.

Most people never find that out, because almost everything aimed at them teaches design rather than business.

Is anything live?

No. It's fully async, with support in the group. You can ask questions any time and work when it suits you.

How does the payment plan work?

Two monthly payments of $169 USD — one when you join, one a month later.

What if I don't get a customer in eight weeks?

I can't promise you a sale, and I won't pretend otherwise. What I can promise is that you'll finish with an offer that's tested, priced and live in front of real people — and you'll know exactly where it's stalling.

That's a far better problem to have than a folder of templates nobody has seen. The group stays open after the eight weeks are up.

One tool. Fully understood.

Ready to get paid for what you already know?

Twenty spots, eight weeks, one offer live at the end of it.

Checkout is not connected. No payment or enrollment is submitted.

Starts Monday 19 October. Early bird is $297 until Monday 12 October, or until the 20 spots are gone. Then it goes up to $497.
